Materials Testing Sales Representative


Aztech is seeking a bright and motivated Materials Testing Services Sales Representative to work across the Southern Nevada region. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow professionally while working on projects with industry-leading techniques. The right person will serve as a technical sales representative for our material testing activities.


  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales, foster collaboration and teamwork with all company personnel, manage customer relationships through the sale and work completion. (70%)
  • Establish and implement a comprehensive sales plan while also identifying and promoting service differentiation. (10%)
  • Ensure technical understanding, capabilities, and credentials to effectively communicate technical services of company to prospective and existing clients (10%)
  • Find new service opportunities, work with clients and prospects to establish new service opportunities, prepare proposals in consultation with the management team and communicate with the client with respect to service requirements, proposals and contracts. (10%)


  • Five plus years of construction sales experience, preferably three years of successful materials testing sales and project management;
  • solid understanding of materials testing services.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Must have a valid driving license and to secure a successful drug & alcohol test.


  • Meet or exceed sales quota. Ensure no client complaints received due to sales and service efforts.
  • Establish new projects.
  • Perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department and the company.
  • Maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities; enhance job knowledge and abilities by taking personal responsibility for professional development and training.


  • Outdoors in all types of weather conditions at extreme locations.
